Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
Responsibility:

Establish, update, maintain, delete the relevant manuals, SOP, instruction, MEMO, Bulletin, Newsletter etc., under Ground Operations and ensure all concerned personnel compliance to local authorities and international standard at all ground operations activities.
Plan for ground handling service evaluation against the manuals, SOP, SLA, and other relevant guidelines, then feedback to ground handler for the improvement. The evaluation result shall report to Ground Operations Director.
Responsible for review or updating GOM and ensure that the contents in GOM are keep up-to-date and in accordance with the regulatory requirements
Source, evaluate and report the comment for ground handlers’ performance to relevant managers and Ground Operations Director
Facilitate regulatory audits at hub and line stations, liaise with concerned functions to find the proper corrective action, preventive action and close all audit finding within timeline
Evaluation and propose the solution for the occurrence report and service feedback which is not compliance
Evaluate the ground handling service level agreement with provider and report to Ground Operations Director
Ensure safety and security compliance at all services touchpoint and liaise with concerned divisions to corrective action plans for any lapses
Ensure the operations are conducted in accordance with conditions and restrictions of the Air Operator Certificate (AOC), and compliance with applicable regulations and standards of TVJ.
Perform other duties assigned by Ground Operations Director
Report to Partnership Service Quality and Compliance Manager

Minimum qualifications and experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Education
Good Command of English and high level of competence
Minimum 03 Years in airline’s ground operations or
Minimum 01 Years in ground handling evaluations and compliance audit
Strong background in Aviation Ground Operations
Able to work in ramp and cargo warehouse, work abroad and work under pressure
