Position Summary: Responsible for organizing, controlling, and distributing all aircraft spare parts,
consumables, and tools to support maintenance operations, while maintaining accurate
stock levels, proper housekeeping, and complete record archiving in accordance with
company procedures.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that parts and materials from approved suppliers are accompanied by proper certificates such as Airworthiness Release Certificate (ARC) or Certificate of Conformance (C of C). The details in the certificate must match the part (P/N, S/N, condition of the part) with no trace of alteration on the certificate.
• Monitor the store and inventory to ensure storage of all spare parts, materials, tools, and equipment are kept in proper condition in accordance with airworthiness requirements stipulated by the company and CAAT.
• Monitor, plan, and replenish the inventory in the most effective and efficient manner, in compliance with annual budgetary requirements, and ensure economic service levels are maintained.
• Monitor the engineering stock which belongs to the company at stations and across the aircraft fleet, and ensure the safety of these engineering materials.
• Monitor tools and equipment condition, calibration date, and serviceability.
• Assist with audits as assigned by the Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct Manager.

Special Skills and Requirements Needed:

• Must have experience in aircraft engineering store, logistics, and dangerous goods.
• Material Handling
• Electrostatic Sensitive Device (ESD) handling
• Knowledge of ATA Chapter codes
• Basic aircraft knowledge
• Knowledge of supply chain management
• Friendly, team working & leadership
• Must achieve minimum TOEIC score of 450

Academic Qualification Requirements

• Graduated with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Effective written and verbal skills in Thai & English
• Standard computer literacy.
