Responsibilities

• Be able to work in Phuket International Airport (HKT)
• Implementing all appropriate security responsibilities as detailed in Standard Operation Procedures, and other relevant documents;
• Performing duties in accordance with training provided and departmental procedures;
• Carrying out appropriate inspections in accordance with departmental procedures;
• Providing a high standard of customer service acting in a security professional manner at all times, in line with the commitment;
• Keeping appropriate records as required by departmental procedures; and
• Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree related to the position
• At least 2 years of security experiences.
• Aviation security experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise security guards effectively.
• Ability to control, manage, and troubleshoot problematic operations and security contingency situations effectively.
• Ability to make rational decision, manage and troubleshoot problematic security issues along with providing excellence services.
• Ability to evaluate and supervise on the job training of security guards.
• Unimpaired vision and hearing ability, achieved with corrective lenses or hearing aids, if necessary.
• Good oral and written communication skills, unaffected by speech impediments.
• Good interpersonal skills to enable them to maintain adequate customer service whilst ensuring that security functions are effectively conducted.
