Responsibilities
1. Promotion & Campaign Management
- Develop, plan, and execute promotional campaigns that drive passenger bookings, loyalty program participation, and ancillary revenue.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and revenue management teams to design competitive offers and seasonal promotions.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
2. Digital Communication & Content
- Lead the development of digital content (social media, website, mobile app, email marketing, inflight entertainment platforms).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital channels while adapting campaigns for international markets.
- Manage social listening, customer engagement, and community building on digital platforms.
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of digital marketers and communication specialists.
- Coordinate with creative, IT, PR, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Foster innovation by adopting new digital tools and marketing trends relevant to the aviation industry.
4. Brand & Customer Experience Alignment
- Ensure promotions and communication strategies strengthen brand positioning and customer loyalty.
- Integrate passenger insights and feedback into promotional strategies to enhance engagement.
- Support crisis communication in alignment with corporate communication guidelines.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, and airline/aviation promotions.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, CRM, social media marketing, and performance analytics.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to craft compelling communication tailored to global audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of marketing/digital communication experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of leading digital campaigns that drive measurable business results.
