Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)

- Supervise and monitor overall ramp operations for station.

- Decide and find a solution in the event of problems with regards to ramp operations/discrepancies.

- Investigate any mishandling or ramp discrepancies and forward the findings to all party concerns.

- Monitor and ensure on the safety aspects of personnel and equipment when handling ramp.

- Monitor OTP to ensure flight departure on time.

- Ensure ongoing cost effectiveness of ramp operation for respective station.

- Monitor staff or ground handling staff performance and ensure follow KPI.

- Makes recommendation to improve service levels.

- Coordinate with Ground Handling Company who provided GSE in event irregularity include daily operation.

- Report to Ramp Supervisor.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor’s degree or above.

- At least 1-2 years working experience in the aviation industry especially at catering area.

- Background in airline operations.
