Job Description

Area of Responsibility:
- Cabin Crew Training Specialist to Plan all cabin crew training schedule and establish training plan and course syllabus moreover preparing training proposal before open the course.
- Prepare all training material, examination and documents of each course including certificate, CMC and Red Book for Flight Crew member.
- Monitor and update company systems including giving feedback and suggestion to ensure efficiency in planning/changed are maintained.
- Record training data, result and validation in company‘s systems and maintain hard copy in the file and back up in the system.
- Collecting and preparing all relevant documents for claim of instructor allowance and training facilities in area of cabin crew training.
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (Airline Business would be advantage)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in airline business
- Cabin Crew Training Manual, AOCR, and Microsoft Office skills
- Compliance with CAAT requirements
- Understanding and Communicating in English is a must 
- Be able to work under pressure
- Problem Solving Skill
