Job Description
Area of Responsibility:
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in the effective implement of the company's operational audit program
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager to implement an independent quality assurance system to monitor compliance with AOCR
- Perform operational audits as required by Thai Vietjet Air’s operational audit program;
- Prepare for audits, including reviewing previous audit reports to identify items for follow-up, reviewing applicable policy and procedure manuals to ensure familiarity with requirements and identifying recent safety bulletins, notices or changes that require checking;
- Institute effective audit program to measure the quality of its quality systems, including all Operations Departments and all which are reviewed at regular interval
- Ensures that all operations certificates, approval and licenses required for the continuous operation of the company are current and renewed accordingly
- Monitor implementation of corrective action through the maintenance of the non conformance excel spread sheet, including the register of non-conformances and the updating of status of closure of non-conformance
- Maintain full documentation about Quality Management System according to the regulatory requirements, capable of ensuring that all company operations are carried out in compliance with AOCR
- Undertake other tasks as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Quality Assurance - Deputy Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 3 year's of experience in aviation industry in operations fields such as Ground or Flight Operations or minimum relevant qualification experience of 2 year’s working in the Company.
- knowledge in operations, safety management and human factor
- Proven background and knowledge in flight operations, ground operations, safety management, quality assurance and human factors
- Knowledge of the Dangerous Goods Regulation
- Quality Auditor Qualification.
