Job Description
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and or Customer Services.
- Welcome fresh graduated.
- Experience in Aviation contract and Agreement is advantage
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and updated staff personal record and keep properly into personal file.
- Coordinate with relevant department.
- Provide general administrative support to the ground operation department HQ and staff team.
- Collation and distribution of minutes, reports, and other documents.
- Ordering of equipment, stock materials and office supplies.
- Advice payroll ground allowance summary that staff entitled every month for all stations.
- Report to Ground Operations Administrator Executive
