ACCOUNT PAYABLE EXECUTIVE - THAI VIETJET AIR

RESPONSIBILITY

- Review invoices and supporting document comply with company‘s SOP.

- Record account payable in accounting system and categorize by cost center and correct account code.

- Coordinate with users department and external service providers to achieve timely and accurate processing of accounts payable related activities.

- Record transactions related to clearing advance, petty cash.

- Prepare documents and information as required by Revenue department for Taxation matter.

- Assist accounting auditor quarterly and year end reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance

- 5 Years working experience in Account payable.

- Good knowledge in Accounting principle.

- Preferred knowledge in Thai Tax ‘ regulations.

- Good command in Thai and English.

- Able to use MS office.

- Ability to work under pressure to complete the task on timely basis.
