Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- To support all administrative work as per assigned
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases, approval record file and seal record file
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries related to CEO’s office work scope to internal(staffs) and external customers
- Facilitate meeting room when needed
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as per assigned (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly report)
- Arrange travel and accommodations for duty staffs
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Business Administration, Management, English, Hotel & Tourism, Airline Business or related to the position.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or Freshers are welcome
- Vietnamese (speaking, reading, and writing) would be advantage
- Basic English skills are preferred.
- Commercially aware, high sensitivity to the social economic & political environment, proven excellent interpersonal skills
