Responsibilities
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Timely handle FIT ticket for passengers.
- Maintain customer service excellence by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to customers
- Thoroughly understand Thai Vietjet Term & Condition of Carriage, pricing policy for ticketing and be able to explain to customers.
- Timely report and matching revenue with reservation system to airport ticketing executive
- Deposit cash to airline bank account and settlement EDC machine before finish duty.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields shall be an advantage
- Experience in airline industry and ticketing, reservation, customer service shall be an advantage
- Ability to deal with customers, proven problem-solving skills
- Computer software application skills (Word, Excel, Internet)
- Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken & written)
- Excellent in communication and able to work under pressure with time limitation
- Toeic Score: 500 is plus
