Responsibilities
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Report direct to ATO Compliance Executive and indirect report to Manager - Operation Training.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the ATO‘s training programs, including planning, and scheduling.
- Liaise with various department heads and trainers to identify training needs and objectives.
- Assist Instructor for establishing, revising, and updating lesson plan, course syllabus, training material and examination.
- Monitor validity of an examination, training material, instructor, and training course.
- Create an annual training calendar that outlines the year‘s activities.
- Manage the budgets for each training program, ensuring that all resources are utilized effectively.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements or changes as needed.
- Track employee attendance and performance at training sessions.
- Ensure that all training materials and resources are up-to-date and effective.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the training department.
- Handle any issues or problems that may arise, ensuring that all training programs run smoothly.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest training methods and industry trends.
- Responsible to ensure that training programs are performed and recorded as prescribed.
- Coordinate with service provider for using training equipment and facilities.
- Monitor and ensure the completion of flight crew training courses in Training Management System (TMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Preparing the training certificate.
- Other assignments from the direct Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor‘s Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Microsoft Office Skills, Training Record System
- Be able to comminicate in English (TOEIC 550 is plus)
- Work under pressure
