Responsibilities:

• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• Ensuring to provide qualified cabin crew with high grooming starndard, cabin performance stamdard and good attitude to serve customer with sense of professionalism
• Being responsible for checking, monitoring and supervising the implementation and compliance of grooming standards, behaviors, attitudes of CC in passenger’s service
• Holding regular talks with Cabin Crew and observe pre-flight briefing or flight to ensure grooming and performance standard are applied and service performance is maintained. Adjust procedures if neccessary
• Monitoring the quality of products, Pax feedback/complaint and additional services provided on the flight; promptly feedback to the relevant departments to make adjustments on quality, quantity and specifications of goods.
• Being responsible for Grooming Manual, Passenger Announcement handbookl, Service Notice and other relevant documentation revision and new issue
• May be delegated from Cabin Crew Manager to act of his/her behalf in case of his/ her absence/inability
• Other assignments from the direct Manager

Qualifications:

• A minimum of Bachelor Degree in any field
• TOEIC 700 and above
• A Minimum of 3 year-flying experience. Managerial level experience is preferably.
• Previous experience in a customer service based role.
• Experience of delivering results through large work groups would be an advantage.
• Have essential soft skills to create and implement standard practices in line with corporate policy, legal and service standards.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Understanding of airline legal agreements, training requirements especially CAAT would be preferable.
