Job Description
Position: CALL CENTER OFFICER - NON VOICE (LIVE CHAT)
Role and Responsibilities:
- 📍ตอบแชทกับอีเมลภาษา ไทย – อังกฤษ ไม่ต้องรับสาย📍
- Able to work in shift basis
- 📌Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)📌
- Respond and communicate with customer service through live chat on E-Commerce platforms such as Website, Line official, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Professionally provide accurate information about travel products and services, take/cancel inquiry and obtain details of feedback.
- Reply publication email within service level agreement(SLA)
- Monitor customer complaint cases as a first touch point and escalate to supervisor if necessary.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify customer needs and help customer with specific features.
- Follow up with customer and ensure their issues are resolved.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Exemption from military service for Male
- Customer Oriented with good customer handling skills
- Excellent communicators in English and Thai, especially written skill
- 550 of TOEIC score within 2 years from date of testing
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellence MS office skills
- Standard computer literacy associated with this role
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Possess personal trails: Friendly, mature, humble, honest, and meticulous
