Role and Responsibilities:

• Able to work in shift basis
• 📌Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)📌
• Respond and communicate with customer service through live chat on E-Commerce platforms such as Website, Line official, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
• Professionally provide accurate information about travel products and services, take/cancel inquiry and obtain details of feedback.
• Reply publication email within service level agreement(SLA)
• Monitor customer complaint cases as a first touch point and escalate to supervisor if necessary.
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify customer needs and help customer with specific features.
• Follow up with customer and ensure their issues are resolved.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Fresh graduate are welcome)
• Exemption from military service for Male
• Customer Oriented with good customer handling skills
• Excellent communicators in English and Thai, especially written skill
• 550 of TOEIC score within 2 years from date of testing
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellence MS office skills
• Standard computer literacy associated with this role
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
