Responsibilities

• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• Providing leadership to support team.
• Handle partner complaints
• Handle investigations related issues
• Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to supervisor and manager
• Keeping updates timely and accurate knowledge to ensure the basic knowledge is well acknowledged.
• Coordinate with airline or Vender
• Support Live chat team
• Conduct reports as required
• Resolves customer requests and problems by making appropriate booking changes based on company‘s processes and procedures, as well as airline terms and conditions
• Enters, updates and maintains accurate information of customer interaction, transactions, comments and complaints in the company‘s system
• Train & Inspire team members to achieve service excellence.
• Conduct workforce planning and coordinate with relevant teams to meet company requirements
• Provide assistance to team with solving partner inquiries and other related tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• 1-2 years hands-on work in Airline Business or Accommodation business
• or 2 years experience in a customer service field is an advantage
• 600 of TOEIC score within 2 years from date of testing
• Customer oriented with good customer handling skills
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in high pressured environment
• Good command of written and spoken in both Thai/English
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
