Job Description

Area of Responsibility:

  • Leading project planning sessions of internal and external and be responsible for ensuring the execution of corrective and preventive actions base on each project plan
  • Support business initiatives and ensures good coordination and collaboration between the teams to achieve projects milestones and goals
  • Drive projects aiming at improving and maintaining operational KPIs such as customer satisfaction, quality ofservice, etc
  • Communicate and provide suggestion to related department using procedures, guidelines, and company policies
  • Assists Customer Service Manager with preparation of management report, annual performance evaluations,department budget and training plan as well as maintain documentation

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Over 1 years of airline business or any others experience in English writing skill
  • Toeic score 550+
  • Customer behavior and risk management skill
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Excellent communication in English and Thai
  • Knowledge management skills related to chatbot platforms and systems
