Job Description
Area of Responsibility:
- Leading project planning sessions of internal and external and be responsible for ensuring the execution of corrective and preventive actions base on each project plan
- Support business initiatives and ensures good coordination and collaboration between the teams to achieve projects milestones and goals
- Drive projects aiming at improving and maintaining operational KPIs such as customer satisfaction, quality ofservice, etc
- Communicate and provide suggestion to related department using procedures, guidelines, and company policies
- Assists Customer Service Manager with preparation of management report, annual performance evaluations,department budget and training plan as well as maintain documentation
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor Degree
- Over 1 years of airline business or any others experience in English writing skill
- Toeic score 550+
- Customer behavior and risk management skill
- Excellent MS office skills
- Excellent communication in English and Thai
- Knowledge management skills related to chatbot platforms and systems
