Job Description

 

Deputy Manager, ICT

📍 Location: Bangkok Head Office
🏢 Department: Information & Communication Technology (ICT)
👤 Reports to: Director, ICT

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily ICT operations, infrastructure, systems, and network performance.
  • Ensure maximum uptime of servers, applications, and IT equipment.
  • Oversee IT projects, digital initiatives, and technology implementations.
  • Develop and maintain ICT policies, procedures, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and Vietjet Group ICT teams.
  • Lead and develop the ICT team to deliver reliable and secure IT services.
  • Support strategic ICT planning and technology transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor‘s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or ICT management roles
  • Strong knowledge of servers, networks, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and enterprise applications
  • Experience in the airline, transportation, or reservation systems industry is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills
  • Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written)
  • Able to work under pressure and travel when required
