About the Role
Reporting to the Manager – Training & Planning Managment, you'll play a key role in ensuring our cabin crew safety training programme stays current, compliant, and effective — while supervising training personnel and supporting strategic training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Help ensure the cabin crew safety training programme remains current and approved
🔹 Ensure training equipment and facilities meet operational and regulatory standards
🔹 Contribute to the development and revision of safety and emergency procedures
🔹 Supervise training personnel, providing guidance and support
🔹 Supervise cabin crew training in line with the approved training programme
🔹 Maintain accurate, accessible training records
🔹 Support the development and rollout of the training strategy
🔹 Liaise across departments and with regulatory authorities
🔹 Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and its continuous improvement
🔹 Step in for the Manager – Training & Planning when formally delegated

What You'll Bring
✅ A senior cabin crew or safety training instructor background, or 5+ years in the aviation industry
✅ Solid management experience
✅ Strong instructional and training skills
✅ Sound knowledge of applicable regulations, operator manuals, and SOPs
