Responsibilities

• This position take care of Finance side for ENG Team
• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• Submit documents to Director of Engineering for approval
• Review and check purchase local, Purchase Miscellaneous
• Accrue expenses NON P/O, Tax Revenue, Coordinate with FIN department
• Fixed asset control, Business plan, Budget control, Monthly report
• Provides administrative support to a department or individual
• Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Review and process reimbursements
• Prepare budgets
• Maintain reports on financial metrics, including investments, return on assets and growth rates
• Keep records of invoices and tax payments
• Manage company’s liabilities (e.g. insurance premium).
• Identify and address account discrepancies
• Participate in payroll processes.
• Report on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,Economics or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
• Time-management and organization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
