Job Description

· Evaluate route and network performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
· Conduct route feasibility studies, including market demand, revenue potential, cost structure, and operational considerations.
· Analyze data related to new route launches, route suspension, and route optimization.
· Prepare business cases and analytical reports to support management decision-making.
Route Development & Regulatory Coordination
· Manage route rights processes, including preparation and submission of required documentation to relevant aviation authorities.
· Prepare official letters, regulatory documents, and formal correspondence related to route applications, approvals, and extensions.
· Act as a company representative in coordinating with government authorities, regulators, and related public agencies.
· Liaise with external stakeholders such as airports, aviation authorities, partners, and service providers.
Add Fleet Management
· Support the planning and management of fleet expansion (Add Fleet) in alignment with business and network strategies.
· Coordinate the preparation of documents and supporting materials required for fleet addition submissions to aviation authorities.
Requirements Analysis & Project Support
· Perform requirements analysis for business development initiatives and route-related projects.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Network Planning, Finance, Marketing, and IT to ensure alignment.
· Support the planning and implementation of new routes and network initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
· Support ad-hoc business development projects as assigned.
· Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and market conditions relevant to route development and airline growth.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Economics, or a related field.
· 1-3 years in the aviation sector, specifically in route planning, market research, or airline operations.
· Experience in airline business, route planning, fleet planning, or regulatory coordination is an advantage.
· Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to prepare formal and regulatory documents in Thai and English.
· Strong coordination skills with government authorities and external stakeholders.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools.
