RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Study and follow up aircraft market, technology, availability, market rate, acquire LOI from lessors and lenders
• Support the development short-term and long-term fleet plan including phase out plan, replacement plan, acquisition plan
• Work with VJ fleet, VJ finance, and other related departments in VZ to prepare required document for aircraft acquisition, leasing, extension, restructuring, termination agreements
• Manage lease agreement by coordinate with FIN and ENG for rent and MR payment including the execution of all terms in the agreement
• Coordinate with FIN and ENG for lease termination and return the aircrafts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in aeronautical engineering or legal or aviation related studies
• "3+ years’ experience in commercial and technical functions across aviation industry is required
• Experience working with aircraft contracts or control of aircraft maintenance is required
• Prefer experience working with high value, complex airline, and lessors"
• Good written & verbal communication skills
