Responsibilities

• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• Manage and coordinate the contractual obligations for the aircraft on the fleet and administrate end-to-end the contract, its approval process and its application
• Develop and maintain a high level of communication and strong partnerships with contract representatives and other key stakeholders to ensure the optimal performance of contracts by operators
• Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company
• Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress
• Other assignments from the direct Manager

Requirements

• Being graduated from aeronautical technical university/college, or technical university/college and being trained in basic aeronautical technical course
• Proven knowledge in fleet contract management
• Able to read, write, and understand the English language
• Minimum of 3 years relevant’ experience in aviation of which at least one year should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position related to fleet contract management
• Practical background in the application of aviation contract operating procedures
• Background in airline operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of supply chain management and information system
