Responsibilities

• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• Assist License dispatcher and pilots regarding to a pre-flight preparation, by appropriate means, with information which may be necessary for the safe conduct of the flight under a supervision of a license dispatcher.
• Assist Shift Dispatcher Duty Manager to updates information and informing/alerting functions concerned.
• Monitor aircraft status reported from flight crew and mechanics, and follow up the progress of maintenance actions.
• Monitor progress of flight both departure and arrival.
• Handle flight movement messages and any other necessary data.
• Coordinate with all unit concerned, both internal and external, to inform movement of the aircraft and other relevant information to make sure all ground handling are set and ready.
• Co-ordinate and suggest solutions to solve problems caused by the schedule change to related departments to be informed and to take further action in the same direction.
• Report on performance, problems, and obstacles occurred, including suggesting new solutions and improvements involved.
• Collect and summarize any adverse effect of aircraft status reported from flight deck crews and mechanics and follow up the progress of maintenance actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree related to the position.
