FLIGHT MONITORING OFFICER - VietJet Air Thailand

Responsibilities

Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
Perform flight-follow function, recording aircraft movement and maintaining radio watch
Inform Dispatcher Shift Duty Manager when have an irregularity events
Monitor progress of flight both departure and arrival
Handle flight movement messages and any other necessary data
Coordinate with all unit concerned, both internal and external, to inform movement of the aircraft and other relevant information to make sure all ground handling are set and ready
Arrange all ground support equipment to aircraft as requested
Arrange transportation in airside for crew members and flight operations personnel
Request parking bay with AOCC (AOT)
Collect and archive a post flight document including with a significant data from the pilots to support the operational control and flight planning purpose.
Record useful statistics for future system developments.

Requirements

Bachelor‘s degree in Aviation fields or related to the position.
