Job Description
Area of Responsibility:
- Monitoring for Pilot and cabin crew planning and administrative activities in Flight Operation Department and propose Weekly, Monthly, Quaterty and Yearly Report for management perusal.
- Control and monitor valid date Pilot and cabin crew License,Medical,Passport,ID card and other documents.
- Management of all stationary, equipment of Flight Operation Department. Plan to purchase, stock and distribute uniform.
- Support Internal Proposal and Duty Travel Request.
- Other assignments from the direct Manager.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 1-3 years in Airline industry or experience in similar capacity.
- Possess strong conceptual ability, good leadership skills
- High sense of coordinating with team members and other departments
- Computer (MS Office)
- Have essential soft skills to create and implement standard practices in line with corporate policy, legal and service standards e.g. leadership skill, interpersonal skill
- Understanding of airline legal agreements, trainnig agreement especially CAAT would be preferable
- Experience of delivering results through large work groups would be an advantage
