Openings GROUP DESK OFFICER
Responsibilities
  • Timely handle requests for series booking and adhoc booking from travel agency, tour operators, customers, and Sales Team
  • Maintain customer service excellence by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to customers
  • Thoroughly understand Thai Vietjet Term & Condition of Carriage, pricing policy for group travel and be able to explain to customers
  • Update group travel demand from the market
  • Support and take care of assigned agents to increase group revenue
  • Timely report and update group travel performance, market demand, and market intelligence

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields shall be an advantage
  • Experience in airline industry and ticketing, reservation, customer service shall be an advantage
  • Ability to deal with agents and customers, proven problem-solving skills
  • Computer software application skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet)
  • Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken & written)
  • Excellent in communication and able to work under pressure with time limitation
  • Ability to work independently with high comfort level working in a diverse environment
  • Ability to handle multi-task and adapt to fast-paced and quickly changing environment
  • High sense of coordinating with team members and other departments in the company.
  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people
  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
  • Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
