Responsibilities
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Timely handle requests for series booking and adhoc booking from travel agency, tour operators, customers, and Sales Team
- Maintain customer service excellence by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to customers
- Thoroughly understand Thai Vietjet Term & Condition of Carriage, pricing policy for group travel and be able to explain to customers
- Update group travel demand from the market
- Support and take care of assigned agents to increase group revenue
- Timely report and update group travel performance, market demand, and market intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor‘s degree related to the position.
- Experience in airline industry and ticketing, reservation, customer service shall be an advantage
- Ability to deal with agents and customers, proven problem-solving skills
- Computer software application skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet)
- Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken & written)
- Excellent in communication and able to work under pressure with time limitation
