Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Timely handle requests for refund and credit shell from Call center and Ground operation team
- Thoroughly understand Thai Vietjet air Term & Condition of Carriage, ticketing policy
- Support and take care of other department which request duty travel, agency user
- Timely report and update refund
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields shall be an advantage
- Experience in airline industry and ticketing, reservation, customer service shall be an advantage
- Ability to deal with agents and customers, proven problem-solving skills
- Computer software application skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet)
- Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken & written)
- Excellent in communication and able to work under pressure with time limitation
