IN-FLIGHT SERVICE OFFICER - VietJet Thailand

Responsibilities

Be able to work as a shift
Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
To coordinate and monitor overall catering operations for the station.
Coordinate with cabin crew and catering supplier to ensure catering requirements are uplifted to the aircraft.
To ensure the ongoing cost-effectiveness of the catering operation for the respective station.
To monitor and ensure the safety aspects of personnel and equipment when handling the ramp.
To decide and find a solution in the event of problems with regards to catering operations/discrepancies.
Monitor staff or ground handling staff performance and ensure they follow the KPI.
Monitor and record stock of amenities, F&B, and catering equipment.
Report to In-flight Service Supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Relevant certifications in the aviation industry, hospitality, or catering.
Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and/or ramp handling.
