Responsibilities:

• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• Update inflight sale report weekly.
• Support to development concept to product commercialization for all inflight products.
• Support develop inflight and pre book menu including coordination for photo shooting, writing and proofreading menu description, menu design and layout with respective teams and suppliers.
• Support to organize on-board and on-ground testing of F&B products.
• Works closely with the Cabin Crew department on programs to upsell F&B, Duty Free and Merchandise.
• Creates programs to drive sales either through product bundling or incentivizing Cabin crew.
• Works closely with regional duty free and merchandise teams to align product offerings, marketing promotions, and incentive programs.
• Coordinates with the regional duty free & supply chain team regarding the delivery of duty free items. Counter check if all documents are correct including packing list and invoice prior to the delivery.
• Works closely with the Procurement department for sourcing and ordering.
• Prepare regular reports as required by management and group ancillary team.
• Coordination with the logistics team for all importation requirements on Duty Free business from importation, loading/unloading in the carts to Customs Bonded Warehouse and Inflight Catering warehouse.
• Keep self-abreast with new food and merchandise trends.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements are met.
• Support relevant packaging development work, quality assurance work when required.
• Work closely with demand planners on all Food and Beverage products to ensure proper stocking in the warehouse and efficient loading in flight.

 Qualification

•  Bachelor degree in any field, new graduated also considered.
• In-flight experience
• Low-cost Business Model in Thailand and ASEAN
• Experience in managing report to be realistic with suggestion
