Area of Responsibility:
1. Inventory Control
- Coordination with Purchasing and Store team for customs clearance of import - Export shipment, monitor inventor record
- In collaboration with Purchasing and Logistic Officer, ensure effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities
- Record purchase files, including all the documentation and vendor tracking system, to maintain the relevant information concerning the organization’s suppliers
- Maintain respectful relationships with all suppliers and internal customers to ensure open communications and professional standards in services provided
2. Audit Support
- Ensure all corrective and preventive actions from quality audit findings are complied with
Minimum requirements:
- Being graduated from university/college, or technical university/college in aeronautical or purchasing and logistic career and being trained in basic aeronautical technical course.
- Proven knowledge in purchase and logistic systems.
- Being able to read, write, and understand the English language
- Minimum of one-year relevant’ experience in aviation purchase and logistics
- Practical background in the application of store, material and airline standard operating procedures
- Background in airline operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of supply chain management and information system
- Friendly, team working & leadership
