🔹 We’re Hiring: Security Manager (Aviation)

📍 Location: Vietjet Thailand Head Office, Suvarnabhumi Airport

Are you passionate about aviation security and ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic airline environment? Vietjet Thailand is looking for a Security Manager to join our Safety, Security & Quality Assurance (SSQA) team.

✈️ About the Role

As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aviation security functions, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations, and maintaining the highest level of operational safety across the organization. 

You will act as the key contact point between the airline and relevant authorities on all security-related matters, while driving risk management, incident response, and continuous improvement in security operations. 

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead security risk management, crisis management, and incident response activities
• Ensure compliance with NCASP, AOSP, and aviation security regulations
• Serve as the primary liaison with CAAT and other authorities
• Oversee security investigations, audits, inspections, and reporting systems
• Develop and implement security measures and procedures across operations
• Manage AVSEC training, manpower planning, and team development
• Monitor and improve security performance through reporting and analysis
• Ensure all incidents and unlawful interference cases are properly reported and handled
• Promote security awareness culture within the organization 

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Law, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of aviation industry experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial aviation security role
• Strong knowledge of aviation security regulations (ICAO, IATA, national laws)
• Expertise in areas such as:
  • Security systems & access control
  • Ground and inflight security
  • Crisis management & contingency planning
  • Threat assessment and prohibited items control
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent command of Thai and English
• Certification or approval from recognized aviation security authorities/training bodies is a plus
