- Identify and approach potential strategic partners (brands, corporates, agencies,
influencers, etc.) - Negotiate and finalize partnership terms and agreements
- Develop and manage partnership campaigns and joint marketing initiatives
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners
- Analyze and report partnership performance metrics (ROI, engagement, growth impact)
- Stay updated with industry trends and partnership opportunities
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related
field - 2–5 years of experience in airline business
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Creative thinker with a growth mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a bonus
- Good English communications, Good people skill & services attitude.
