Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control
- Collaborate in the planning and procurement of tools, equipment, materials, and aircraft spare parts, as well as supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics, distribution, and customs.
- Work with the Purchasing and Logistics Officer to ensure efficient processes that prevent costly delays and missed opportunities.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, including documentation and vendor tracking systems, to manage supplier information effectively.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure open communication and high service standards.

Audit Support
- Ensure compliance with corrective and preventive actions resulting from quality audit findings.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in aviation procurement and logistics.
- Practical experience with inventory, materials management, and airline standard operating procedures.
- Background in airline operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and information systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
