Responsibilities:

• Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
• To coordinate and monitor overall ramp operations for station.
• To liaise with other departments on operational matter.
• To ensure ongoing cost effectiveness of ramp operation for respective station.
• To monitor and ensure on the safety aspects of personnel and equipment when handling ramp.
• To decide and find a solution in the event of problems with regards to ramp operations/discrepancies.
• Monitor staff or ground handling staff performance and ensure follow KPI.
• At outstation will be perform check compartment conditions, restraints, nets.
• At outstation will be perform ensure lashing / load spreading is correct.
• At outstation will be perform check to prevent dangerous goods from being inadvertently carried or loaded onto the aircraft.
• At outstation will be perform ensure no dangerous goods loaded.
• At outstation will be perform ensure loading and stow of load conform to loading instruction/report.
• At outstation will be perform upon completion of loading, confirmation, or advice of deviations to the load control agent.
• Coordinate with Ground Handling Company who provided GSE in event irregularity include daily operation.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and or Ramp Handling.
• Background in airline operations.
• Welcome fresh graduated.
