Requirements
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Establish a talent scouting and recruitment strategy by sourcing and building relationships with candidates
- Research how to improve human operations
- Coordinate recruiting events to raise awareness of the company
- Track and report on turnover rates
- Develop employee retention programs
- Perform recruitment process including job ads posting, profile screening, interviewing, job offering, reference checking, onboarding and etc.
- Conduct new staff probation evaluation in timely manners
- Manage employee off-boarding process
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resource or related to the position
- Have experience in recruitment
- Experience in recruitment in Airline is plus
- Able to communicate in ENGLISH
- Knowledge of all personnel matters exposure to HR operational issues
- Basic knowledge of labor law
- Comprehensive understanding of policies, systems, rewards, agreements, settlements and legislation
