Openings SAFETY MANAGER
Thai VietJet Air (TVJ/VZ) is looking for a dynamic of Safety Manager act in supporting the Director of SSQA in implementing and maintaining SMS (Safety Management System). Safety Manager is, however, responsible for ensuring that line management receive appropriate safety management advice and support an investigation, Safety Reporting System, SMS Implementation, Monitor of Flight Data Monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Be ale to work at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Company‘s Safety Management System including its associated documentation system, to ensure that it meets all regulatory and internal requirements and expectations.
  • Manage and continuously improve the Company‘s Flight Data Monitoring system and Safety Reporting system
  • Conduct hazard identification and risk management analysis of data from Flight Data Monitoring (FDM), Safety Reports and other sources.
  • Initiate and complete accident / incident investigations, establish causes and formulate corrective / preventative safety measures. Assist Director of SSQA to prepare and issue required reports to CAAT and other relevant Aviation Authorities and relevant company management.
  • Monitor corrective safety actions to ensure accomplishment and effectiveness.
  • Monitor activity in flight operations, maintenance, crew training and ground operations, to ensure that the safety and security standards required by the authority, and any additional requirement defined by Thai VietJet Air, are being provided under the supervision of the relevant Post holder.
  • Provide advice and assistance to managers at all levels regarding safety and security issues.
  • Regularly update the Director of SSQA of current safety and security concerns
  • Organize staff safety and security training and competence enhancements.
  • Monitor safety performance and communicate results to management.
  • Communicate and interact with domestic and international safety organizations, aircraft manufacturers and regulatory authorities on matters of industry safety concerns.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years‘ experience in aviation in Background in safety management system and human factors in an Airlines operation.
  • Regularly or have a good relation of CAAT and external service providers.
  • Understand well of safety management system and human factors and emergency response.
  • Aviation Incident investigator.
  • Proven knowledge in Flight Operations, Flight Data Monitoring system
  • Strong interpersonal, communications, presentation and writing skills in English.
