Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets in Thailand and Oversea Markets.
- Manage and grow relationships with PSA, GSA, and OTA partners
- Identify and onboard new sales partners to expand distribution channels
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis with key agents
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams on promotions and campaigns
- Monitor channel performance and optimize sales mix (offline/online)
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Ensure compliance with Vietjet policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and actionable insights for management
Our Requirement:
- University Degree (Bachelor) in relevant field and Master Degree in a related field shall be an advantage
- Minimum of 8 years work experience in a Hands-On on sales role within an airline or travel industry
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Manager with revenue budget responsibilities
- Experience in working within a sales team nationwide or regionally
- Proven track record on developing and performing against revenue targets
