Responsibilities

• Monitor, collect, and distribute security-related information from relevant authorities,including the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT).
• Maintain and update a comprehensive record of security documents, procedures, and related changes to ensure their accuracy and accessibility.
• Ensure the proper and timely dissemination of security updates, news, and procedural changes to all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in implementing and supervising security control measures to ensure compliance with approved security procedures and protocols.
• Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of aviation security services and recommend improvements as necessary.
• Assist in reviewing and amending aviation security rules and regulations to maintain their validity and compliance with national and international standards.
• Establish and maintain effective liaison with local regulatory offices, airport authorities, and other relevant agencies to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
• Support investigations of security incidents by gathering information, preparing reports, and assisting in root cause analysis.
• Provide updates and documentation related to incidents for internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Perform as an instructor assistant in aviation security courses to support the delivery of training programs.
• Communicate security information clearly and effectively across the organization to promote security awareness and vigilance among staff.
• Coordinate with operational teams to address compliance-related queries and ensure the proper application of security measures.
• Assist in developing standards and specifications for aviation security-related services and monitor their implementation for compliance.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Security Compliance Executive, Security Manager or superior to support the airline’s overall security objectives.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aviation or a related field
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in regulatory compliance, internal auditing, risk management, or aviation security-related functions
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of aviation security laws and regulatory frameworks, including those set forth by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT); prior experience in the development or preparation of procedural manuals shall be considered an asset
• Proficiency in English communication, evidenced by a TOEIC score of 600 or above
• Advanced computer literacy, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Male applicants shall have completed or be exempt from military service obligations
• Willingness and ability to be based at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
