The ideal candidate will be responsible for Thai VietJet Air on funding and financing to deal with all banks to negotiate and get the enough loan and good interest rate and fund management for the IPO procedure : Financial restructuring before company IPO Investor Relations between investor and company.

• Funding management (hedging), FX , Financing equipment and Term loan.
• Coordinate with Banks to get good interest rate for loan and BG
• Be focus point to bring company to IPO.
• Coordinate with Financial Advisor for due diligence.
• Coordinate with Internal auditor for review and correction to be compliance with accounting standard.
• Coordinate with External auditor to change account bookkeeping from NPAE to PAE.
• Act as Investor Relation to provide information to investor after IPO
• Assist with other assignment and other assigned projects.
