STORE DATA RECORDER OFFICER

Responsibilities
Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
1. Inventory Control

  • Organize and control all aircraft spare parts, consumable and tools
  • Monitor stock levels of consumable
  • Release aircraft spare parts, consumable and tools to Mechanic, Engineer and planner
  • Ensure that proper house-keeping and ware housing functions are carried out on a daily basis
  • Ensure proper record archiving of all paperwork associated with the receipt of aircraft spare parts to management

2. Amos System Control

  • All part issue request to store , Data record must be check and confirm to close pickslip request for updated actual physically in Amos system
  • Monitor Amos system in part request from PPC , Maintenance Team , TSE Team, Planning Team

3. Audit Support

  • Assist with the audit as per assignment from the Manager
  • Other assignments from the direct Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma of Vocational Education or higher related to the position
  • No minimum experience in the aircraft engineering store and logistic field
  • Knowing in Dangerous goods,Material handling,Electrostatic Sensitive Device (ESD) handling
  • Knowledge of ATA Chapter codes
  • Basic aircraft knowledge especially the company operating aircraft type
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and information system
  • Friendly, team working & leadership
