PURPOSE :
- To organize and manage Technical Services Section efficiently and effectively to deliver maximum satisfaction to its immediate users, so that the organization could meet its objectives while maintaining optimum level of engineering materials to service the present fleet of the organization.
- Define and ensure the aircraft maintenance program is developed in accordance with OEM’s standard and approved by CAAT.
- Ensure that aircraft are scheduled for maintenance to undertake scheduled maintenance, special inspections etc. to meet all regulatory requirements and recommendations of manufacturers approved by Technical Services Section and Quality Assurance Division.
- Ensure engineering Products (TDE, EO, etc.) are completed and documented as required by manuals, as well as ensure that repair and alteration instructions meet the current safety and airworthiness requirements.
- Formulate, design and develop procedures, policies and guidelines in respect of all aspects of handling engineering inventory to guide the staff in order to carry out their jobs in an efficient and effective manner.
- Manage that documents for aircraft maintenance, engine maintenance and other related maintenance aspects are available at concerned Departments and up to date.
- Monitor all engineering activities related to maintenance and fleet engineering.
- Develop and monitor aircraft reliability system to ensure safe, reliable and economical way.
- Manage the mandatory modifications and inspections issued by relevant Aviation Authorities (e.g. Airworthiness Directives)
JOB REQUIREMENT :
- Education: Being graduated from aeronautical technical university/college, or technical university/college and being trained in basic aeronautical technical course
- Proven knowledge in Engineering maintenance systems
- Job related experience: - Minimum of 5 years relevant’ experience in aviation
- CAAT License Type II from Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand
- Specific knowledge: Understanding of professional integrity, behavior, and attitude towards safety
- Ability to determine required qualifications for task performance
- Ability to understand work orders, work cards and refer to and use applicable maintenance data
- Business understanding: Knowledge of supply chain management and information system
