Position Title: Engineering Training Coordinator

Job Purpose
The Engineering Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, organizing, and administering engineering training activities to ensure compliance with regulatory, organizational, and operational requirements. The role supports the effective delivery, documentation, and control of engineering training programs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Engineering Training Coordinator is required, when directed, to carry out the following duties:
- Report directly to the Engineering Training Executive.
- Prepare and submit training proposals prior to the opening of any training course.
- Coordinate with service providers to arrange the use of training equipment, tools, and facilities.
- Coordinate with instructors to prepare training materials, examinations, assessments, and all required training documentation.
- Prepare and compile all relevant documents for submission to external organizations and regulatory authorities, as required.
- Ensure that all training rooms, equipment, tools, and facilities are prepared, available, and suitable for training activities.
- Record and maintain training data, ensuring trainee training validity, currency, and expiration dates are monitored and not exceeded.
- Ensure all trainees complete the appropriate training programs assigned to them successfully.
- Follow up with instructors to collect training documents, examination results, and training summaries for official release.
- Ensure all training records are accurately retained, controlled, and maintained in both physical files and electronic systems.
- Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by Training Management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Training Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years prior experience in engineering training coordination, aviation maintenance training, or a regulated training environment is preferred.
- Experience working with training records, documentation, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with instructors, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Good understanding of engineering or aviation training requirements and documentation control.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and training management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Thai.
