Job Description
- Providing technical, and advice and information to meet needs and guide strategic and operational decision-making of BOM and managers
- Building on, implementing and communicating Alert’s ICT strategy, operational plan, policies, procedures, systems and tools, ensuring these are tailored and adapted to suit the realities and needs across all levels of the organisation
- "Working with relevant colleagues to monitor compliance with ICT policies and procedures across the organisation and providing quality control overseas offices where technically possible"
- Manage daily IT operations, Coordinate with management and users for requirements on IT related matters
- To support, hold accountable, develop, monitor and lead a team of IT and support staff within the ICT and Computing department to deliver high standards of company
- To expand, develop and monitor the ICT and Computing provision
- Providing a secure and efficient network infrastructure to support software and systems
- Coordinate with VJ for requirements on IT related matters
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years working experience in similar capacity
- Able to setup, install and trouble shoot systems and applications, especially Reservation System, Airport authority system, transportation and airline Industry
- Ability to work independently with high comfort level working in a diverse environment
- Able to travel as when it is required
- Proficient in oral and written English, Thai.
- Possess personal traits: friendly, mature, humble, honest, and meticulous; self-starter; able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people
- Knowing the airline customers and segmentation, models of Low-Cost Airlines
