Head of Commercial Department
Vietjet Thailand is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Commercial Department to lead our Commercial functions and drive sustainable revenue growth across the airline business. This role will oversee Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Commercial Planning, while partnering closely with senior leadership to develop and execute commercial strategies that maximize network performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and load factor targets.
- Lead and manage Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Commercial Planning teams.
- Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Provide strategic recommendations to executive management on short-, medium-, and long-term commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and industry authorities to support business expansion and operational excellence.
- Drive performance through data-driven decision-making and strong commercial leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field. Master‘s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial, Aviation, Travel, or related industries.
- At least 6 years of leadership experience managing commercial teams and revenue performance.
- Strong understanding of airline commercial operations, revenue generation, market trends, and business development.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
