Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
- Provide a variety of secretarial or coordinator support tasks as well as supporting administrative and documentation functions, e.g. phone and mail correspondence, filing, travel arrangements, reimburse and etc. and provide support to related departments
- Handle confidential and security sensitive information professionally including employees background clearance
- Manage the daily, weekly, monthly agenda, arrange new meetings and appointments
- Information to the Accountable Manager, and HOD on the results of the Security related information
- Co-ordinated the other department in relation to the on-going development of the security System, Security procedures, associated documentation requirements with the plans and proposals
- Monitoring yearly Security reports of investigate status, corrective action and preventive plan
- Issuing and controlling usage of company ID Badge and any other tasks as assigned by the superiors
Minimum qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Aviation Fields, Business Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Laws, and related fields
- 1 year experience in Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of international, regional and national aviation security regulations knowledge in the following specific areas:
- security systems and access control; and
- ground and in-flight security
- Having essential soft skills to create and implement standard practices in line with corporate policy, concern corporate standards operating procedure (e.g. interpersonal skill, etc.)
- Good command of Thai and English
