Area of Responsibility:
- Report directs to Manager - Operation Training and indirect report to Director of Training. 
- Ensure that all OMC related training programs adhere to state authority regulations and the most recent CAAT requirements. 
- Monitoring and updating new authority regulations, company regulations and all standard requirements.  
- Ensure the compliance of requirements, regulations, standard, guidance, and policy of training manuals. 
- Coordinate with the Instructor for lesson plan, course syllabus, training material and examination updating in compliance with regulations. 
- Annually review an examination, training material, instructor, and training course. 
- Responsible for ensuring that training programs are performed and recorded. 
- Responsible for ensuring that only approved training materials and/or devices are used. 
- Preparing and monitoring budget for dispatch training activities. 
- Ensure that training records are maintained and achieved in accordance with the relevant procedures laid down in the company’s manual. 
- Monitoring and updating the validity of dispatcher qualifications.  
- Monitor courses and instructor evaluation to ensure the standard and effectiveness of training courses. 
- Perform any tasks assigned by training management.

Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in training department of any airline.
