Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance of daily operation to ensure control of ground handling operations and the
management of safety and security outcomes. - Decision the daily flight operations system-wide both Base center and liaise with the Station Manager or VZ Representative for the action and planning.
- Plan and decision for irregularity situation under collaboration with OMC and relevant authorities
concerned to ensure passenger, crew and aircraft are secure on ground and report to manager. - Monitor and control Company KPI (Key Performance Indicator), OTP (On time Performance), and TAT (Turn Around Time) target.
- Being coordinator to connect all ground operations at the stations to OMC and Station Manager
or Representative. - Liaise with airport agencies, such as Customs, immigration and security to facilitate smooth processing of passengers.
- Monitoring and support Ground handling staff and manage the crisis situation or irregularity flight (Flight delays, cancellations and baggage).
- Monitor staff or ground handling staff performance to follow airline regulation for all operation area and makes recommendation to improve service levels.
- Evaluate the ground handling service level performance with provider including provider performance and report to Ground Services.
- Source, evaluate and report the comment for ground handlers’ performance to Ground Services Manager.
- Ensure safety and security compliance at all services touchpoint and liaise with concerned divisions to corrective action plans for any lapses.
- Facilitate regulatory audits at hub and line stations
Qualifications and experience:
- Be able to work in SUVARNABHUMI AIRPORT (BKK)
- At least 4 years working experience in the aviation industry.
- Good Command of English and high level of competence
- Proven knowledge in ground operations and or customer services.
- Background in airline operations or Aviation Ground Operations
- Able to work in shift and work under pressure
- Proven knowledge in ground operations and or customer services.
- Relevant certifications in ground operations.
